We operate on a Flat Fee basis. The cost would depend on the type of probate process that is needed. Our flat fee includes all court fees, citations and publication fees. Additionally, we include access to one of our attorneys and legal team who can answer your probate related questions throughout the process. Also, we are now offering payment plans for our services.
