Biography
David W. Miller, JD, embarked on his legal career with a solid foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. Early on, David worked at a distinguished securities law firm in Houston, where he sharpened his expertise in securities arbitration and litigation.
His legal practice has spanned a diverse range of clients, from individual investors and corporate executives to retirees, business owners, and institutional investors, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial and legal matters.
Before pursuing law, David built a successful career in the financial sector, serving as an officer in corporate trust and investment banking divisions at leading financial institutions. He also gained valuable experience in the energy industry, where he negotiated complex derivative contracts for a major oil and gas company.
A deeply personal experience led David to shift his focus toward probate law and estate planning. After helping a close family member through the challenges of probate, he recognized the vital importance of comprehensive estate planning for families of all sizes and financial means.
