Meet Dilean, an experienced professional with a diverse skill set in elder law, probate, estate planning, compliance, and regulatory litigation practices, spanning over a decade. Presently, she is our public benefits coordinator.

Dilean obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the prestigious University of Houston Paralegal Program and holds an Associate's Degree in Visual Merchandise from Houston Community College.

Dilean's expertise in multitasking and her exceptional customer service background come into play as she extends her support to families, offering meticulous assistance to both attorneys and clients. She actively engages in a wide range of cases, from intricate Medicaid and Veterans benefit matters to straightforward uncontested probate scenarios, actively participating from start to finish.

Her responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates, managing initial processes, handling case calendars and deadlines, as well as drafting pleadings and applications. Moreover, she diligently maintains all document production and the client case file and plays a vital role in preparing for hearings, public benefits case evaluations, appeals, and trials.

Beyond her professional life, Dilean is a true Houstonian at heart. During her leisure time, she delights in exploring new dining experiences, traveling, and cherishing moments with her husband and young son.
